🙋The more i look into how companies authorise their employees to spend their money, it is never as clear cut as the T&E policy or the procurement policy.
â•It is time to acknowledge that Travel is only a single category of employee expense or costs.
âť“What we have now is a situation where we silo those categories.. get your hotel from x, your air from y, we will pay air, you pay hotel, get your car from anywhere.. Oh and your office chair is broken, fill in this form and we might get you a new chair in 4 weeks..
🤷It's time for change on how we manage this process, especially with all companies looking closely at costs.
