Does ConfigPilot read my customer data?
No. ConfigPilot uses read-only API access to your CRM's configuration metadata only — fields, layouts, workflows, users, and roles. It never reads, stores, or processes your customer records.
Can it make changes to my CRM?
Not without your explicit confirmation. Field management features require you to approve every change individually. All analysis is entirely read-only.
Which Zoho products does it support?
