We want to be completely transparent about how ConfigPilot works.
We do not see your data. We do not store your data.
ConfigPilot connects to your Zoho environment using your own credentials. What we analyse is yourconfiguration— your fields, layouts, modules, workflows, and settings. Not your contacts. Not your deals. Not your customer records.
The only things we store are:
- Action logs— a record of what actions have been performed within ConfigPilot
- Audit snapshots— but only if you actively choose to use the audit functionality
Your data stays in your Zoho environment, where it belongs. We're simply helping you understand what you've built there.
